Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We also have an In House Dental Plan if you do not have traditional dental insurance. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

No Insurance? No problem!
Super Smiles 4 Kids Wellness Plan
Includes:
2 Prophylaxis(cleanings) and 2 exams
All neccesary x-rays
Fluoride Treatments
1 Limited (emergency) visit
Additonally, a 20% discount will be applied to all treatments with no annual limits.
***Always check with your insurance prior to your visit to make sure that we are still in network with your plan! (if you have any questions don't hesitate to contact our office) The contract is between you are your insurance.
